Hi, I’m Dan
I coach, mentor, and consult startup founders and executives. I offer my clients a combination of experience and expertise in building startups, with empathy, loyalty and commitment.
A lot of my experience is in working with second time (+) founders. Watching their specific struggles has taught me some of the lessons I share.
What drives me
I started my career in science and technology. Over time, however, I found myself drawn more and more to challenges on the human side of things: building organizations, creating business and product strategy, and supporting leaders through their struggles.
My work with tech founders and executives brings together my passions. I empower the next generation of leaders, and help them solve the hardest problems they face, as they build startups that change our world.

My background
I’m a former leader (and alumnus) of Talpiot, Israel’s top training program for tech leaders. In that role, I developed my passion for mentoring and coaching. I’ve also held leadership roles in research, operations, policy, and product, in the public sector, as a startup executive, and as a founder (twice).
Beyond coaching and consulting, I lead communities and community projects in the worlds of tech and entrepreneurship. The most prominent of those is next play NYC. I’m married to the best wife in the world, and have three amazing kids.
